Unlimited lookups means no monthly cap on the companies you open. AI briefs are the metered part: each plan includes a monthly allowance of new briefs. A brief already generated for a company in the last 7 days is free to open and does not count.
Fair use of unlimited lookups. Unlimited means exactly that for normal use: you and your team looking up companies for your own work, as often as that work needs. It does not cover automated scraping, bulk extraction of our data, reselling or republishing what you see, or sharing one login between several people. If an account is used in any of those ways, we will contact you first. If it carries on, we may slow down that account's lookups. We will never charge you extra for lookups without warning.
All analysis verified through our proprietary multi-method extraction engine. Annual billing (Pro and Analyst) is paid upfront and saves 20% against monthly. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. The Financial Health Score combines four published, peer-reviewed models of financial distress (Altman, Springate, Beneish and Piotroski). The Early Warning Score is Vereon's own model and has not been through peer review. Scoring methodologies are detailed on our methodology page.
Common questions
What counts as a lookup?
Each distinct company you open is one lookup. On the free trial you have 7; on Entry, Pro and Analyst there is no monthly cap. Searching never counts.
What is a “new AI brief”, and what happens when I use them up?
Writing a fresh AI intelligence brief is the expensive part of what we do, so that is what each plan meters: Entry includes 30 a month, Pro 100, Analyst 300. Opening a brief that has already been generated for that company in the last 7 days is free and doesn't count. If you reach your allowance you can still look up any company and see its scores, financials and filings — only new briefs pause until your allowance renews on the 1st of the month, or you move up a plan.
How long does a lookup take?
The first lookup for any company can take up to five minutes while Vereon assembles the record from multiple authoritative sources in real time. Subsequent lookups within seven days load instantly from cache.
What does the free trial include?
Seven days of Pro-level access: an intelligence brief (lite), three years of verified financials, risk indicators, and PDF downloads. 7 lookups across the week, no credit card required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions with no commitment. Cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable — access continues until the end of the annual term.
